The Libertify Analytics dashboard provides content creators and business teams with deep, real-time insights into how audiences engage with their generated experiences. Instead of just tracking raw downloads, it breaks down user interaction across three core pillars: Video Explainer, Document Highlighter, and AI Chatbot.
1. High-Level Performance (User Engagement - Key Metrics)
At the top of the dashboard, users can filter data by custom timeframes (e.g., Today, Yesterday, 7D, 30D, 2M, 12M). The main overview tracks high-level audience metrics:
- Avg. Session Time: The average duration a user spends interacting with the content.
- Total Sessions: Total number of times the experience has been opened.
- Unique Visitors: The total count of individual users who accessed the asset.
- Chat Interactions: The absolute volume of conversations initiated with the embedded AI chatbot.
- Sessions & Unique Visitors Graph: A daily trend timeline comparing total sessions against unique traffic over the selected period.
2. Micro-Analytics Breakdown (Pillar by Pillar)
By clicking "More" on any of the module cards, users can dive into specific granular metrics for each feature:

🎥 Video Explainer Analytics
This section measures video-specific consumption and retention patterns:
- Average Completion & Full Completers: Shows what percentage of the video is watched on average, and how many users watch it from start to finish.
- Play Rate & Chat Rate: Tracks the percentage of page visitors who actually hit play, and how many open the chat window while watching.
- Viewer Retention Curve: A line graph mapping exact audience drop-off points along the video timeline, allowing creators to see exactly where interest fades.
- Seek Patterns: Tracks user navigation habits, highlighting areas that triggered Forward Seeks, Rewinds, or Inbound Seeks.
- Demographics & Context: Visualizes performance splits based on Time of Day (morning, afternoon, evening), Device (mobile vs. desktop), and Source (direct, LinkedIn, etc.), highlighting variations between the video format and the document format.
